L&L Ornamental Aluminum & Ironworks

We had contacted L&L to quote on a project or railings and window boxes for our community. It is roughly a 100k project. I personnaly met with the owner to provide insight into the project where he followed up promptly and was very interested in moving the process forward. He said he needed $2,500.00 for the shop plans for both the window boxes and balcony for which we paid. Once we paid the invoice *** the ownere and or *** in his office could not be reached or bothered. After a month or so with nothing to show , we finally did recieve the plans for the balcony but not the window box. During that month , emails, phone or text messages were not responded to by the owner or his office. When you called the office , ( Stepahie), could not be bothered. We fired them as we went to another provider to save the project who has been responsive and actually had the shop plans completed in 2 days for a cost far less than the $2,500 which was paid to L&L. I find there business practices unethical and certainly not customer centric. We are reasonable people and find this behavior offensive.
