I had a bad experience with LKQ when trying to find a part for a vehicleI had called to see if they had a certain part in stock and they had told me on the phone that I would have to stop in an look around to find the part myselfI drove to the yard and asked about the part at the deskThey told me that they couldn't tell me if they had the part or not, and that I would have to look around the yard for the part, which is understandable with the fact that there are lots of cars to keep track ofThe problem is that LKQ charges $just to walk around and look for the part, not knowing if it is in stock or notI shouldn't have to pay to look for something, not knowing if you have it in stock or notI know plenty of other decent salvage yards in the area that won't people off like thisIf you need a part do not go to LKQI have gone to Seven Stars auto salvage on Mill Road for years and will continue to do so, because I don't want to waste my time with such a company as LKQ
