I purchased a motor from this location on 4/totaling*** I received a return core charge on 5/8/for***Total cost of merchandise was ***Motor was installed on 5/5/On 5/29/had to take the car to Firestone due to having a diagnosis of a check engine lightSpoke with master technician and Manager saying this motor had been losing pressure and there was water inside the motorI called *** immediately as stated on invoice if I have any issues with the part
Spoke with *** at *** stating this issues and she would have technician contact FirestoneFirestone was telling me the warranty department was asking for a picture of a "heat cap" I went through this battle for a week and a 1/finally telling the store manager no one knows what it is but if I have to take legal action I will have to go that route due to the expenses of this coming out of my pocket for a rental vehicleReceived a call back from *** saying the warranty was approvedFirestone sa
