rejecting this response because:
I have yet to hear from LK mechanical as to why they would cause further damage to my air conditioner. After there last vist there was so much water pouring out into my home coming from the air conditioner unit. I've called and left multiple voice mails along with sending a video through text message showing the issue. It is beyond me why LK mechanical chose not follow proper protocol with repairing the air conditioner. In stead they chose to disregard all lines of communication neglecting the problem. With doing so that caused even more of a problem because the walls and floor was damaged due to the water leaking. I am completely unsatisfied!
