Got a couple of recommendations from coworkers and friends. Glad I did, LJ's is by far the best and most helpful service and repair I've seen. Seriously 10 of 10, visit them, the negative review does not sound like ANYTHING LJ's would do, sounds to me like a scam. Please disregard.
