Review: its been since March of this year 2014 I have contacted this company to bring the replacement coffee machine they have brought one that did not work and still have not brought the other they were paid in full. what can I do to get them to contact me and replace the one they broughtDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for the reason if I was able to pay them on time y cant they fix the matter that is broken

On 2-*-2015 , I went to LG Restaurant Equipment to buy a 2 door used commercial freezer, I met with [redacted] and I gave him a $480 cash deposit in front of [redacted] , the rest of the money was COD. [redacted] told me they will deliver on Friday , no delivery was made....Called him the following Monday he said Wednesday , no delivery was made.... Called him that Wed. he said Friday , no delivery was made. After that...the third week after the deposit...I went to the place and spoke to [redacted] about the issue , while at the store he was talking to him ([redacted]) on the phone , and he reassured me that during that week they will deliver the freezer , again no freezer or [redacted]....after that he is not answering the phone and the [redacted] fully aware about the situation is not answering either.

At this point I have no other choice but to ask for your help to resolve this matterDesired Settlement: On my end ,Cash Refund , for failiure to complete transaction.

On your end some kind of a fine to the business for unethical practices.

Business sush as this one that try to rip off consumers should learn that there are consequences to their unlawful way of conducting business , thanks.
