Review: I purchased replacement boat stripes on Oct 4,13 from your [redacted].com website. I sent a payment of $49.98 via paypal trans id [redacted]. I never received my merchandise. I have placed numerous calls to the company phone number [redacted] to express my concerns and to date have yet to receive my merchandise. First call: I was told by a gentleman after looking up my order, that I had not received my stripes nor a tracking number because I ordered discount stripes that were no long available, in which he needed to update the website and that my stripes were made and would be sent out. Second call: I talked to the same gentleman and he was surprised that I had not received my stripes and he took my info and promised he would send me the tracking info. Third call talked to the same gentleman and he stated he was gentlemen I talked to before and he was surprised I had not received my merchandize and needed to research the mail tracking number and would call me back and update me, this never happened. In totally I have called over 16 times talked to a rep 4 times and have been lied too and as 23 Oct 13 I have not revived my merchandize.Desired Settlement: I have ordered the stripes from another company and I'm awaiting delivery, so I would like a refund of my payment.
