I much like the previous review; I attempted to have a car shipped from Edmonton to Halifax It was delivered to the yard in YEG on December 12, it is now Jan9th and the car is just now leaving Toronto I have just completed a call to customer services that was full of excuses and patronizing Certainly unlike the conversation that was full of promise and hope when I dropped the car off I wished I would have read the review prior....as I would never have chosen this CoI would like to stress the importance of reading between the lines, they cannot and will not make your delivery...they site the statement â transport conditions" to mean "any delay deemed by them as reasonable"You will not get your car on time and you cannot electronically track your vehicle to determine if in fact it could have delays based on actually availability of truck or railItâ s Livingstonâ s word, that there were no rail cars or trucks available...and weeks is reasonable to ship this distance(If in fact it gets to Halifax, as of today it isn't there) So if you want your vehicle under this time frame DO NOT use this Co If you want assures, DO NOT use this CO If you want Excuses....USE this Co

We paid them $to move our car from Nova Scotia to AlbertaWe were given a timeline of weeks so we had it sent to Calagary, where would be for weeks It didn't arrive in Calgary until weeks laterWe're now in Lethbridge(hours away) and their only pick up hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-My husband works and I have vision issues so I cannot driveWe have no idea how to pick it up and Livingston had no sympathyThe customer service lady just remarked that those hours are better than the ones in OntarioThen offered to have it delivered....for another $300+

Livingston handled the freight + insurance on a sea + truck from Europe to Vancouver, CanadaI purchased the full insurance from Livingston and when the goods arrived the shipment was damagedThis does happen and that is why insurance is always a good ideaI promptly provided details photos, videos, and descriptions of the items and the damageThe date of the notification of this claim was October and I provided all documents as requested within hours of any such requestToday is April 7, and I have received no feedback after at least emails requesting just information on the process and if any other information is requiredThis is unacceptable to treat a customer like this as all businesses understand that things take time but providing an update and timeline is not unreasonableLastly, I have never written a complaint on the Revdex.com but honestly, what else can I do if no one seems to care after all of this time

When shipping a vehicle from BC to NS I sent a wire transfer to Livingston INtl for the price of the shipment ($CAD)After a few business days Livingston said they did not see the paymentI called my bank and confirmed the payment was made to the proper account # of Livingston IntlA few more days and still no payment received by LivingstonI then decided to have my credit card charged so that I would not have to pay any storage fees while the wire transfer was in limbo, in essence, paying twice for the service
I could not cancel my wire transfer as it went through (according to my bank) so I emailed *** the below email on the evening of September 27, As of October 23, I have heard no response
