While the repair work was done in a prompt and courteous and professional manner, The refrigerant didnt take A spot check of some of the food showed no hard freeze I called MrScott F*, who said he was afraid the compressor was probably going, and that to replace it would wind up costing more than a new freezer As that to replace it would wind up costing more than a new freezer As such, he offered a partial refund, which to date I've not received I called the office on a couple of occasions to follow up, with no response It also took over a month to see my payment check appear on my bank statement If this situation was caused by illness, that's certainly unfortunate However, who was covering for MrF*?  I don;t like the idea of filing this complaint, However, fair is fair
