Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response from the business, however the information that I originally sent you was a complaint against the large chain stores of Living Spaces! Their main store is in Sacramento, so the complaint that I registered will the Revdex.com must have gotten mixed up because of someone in your offices contacting the wrong businessLiving Spaces is the villain here! I still want to register this complaint and have Living Spaces make good on their contracts and products!

Review: I purchased two pieces of furniture from Living Spaces home furniture store for my son as house warming gifts. Along with the purchase I purchased the VIP Ultra Shield product protection plan for each furniture piece. One of the furniture pieces was an entertainment unit, and the other was a King size sleigh bed. Both pieces ended up having break down and wood assemble separation issues. I followed the rules of the store contract and the extended warranty plan. To no avail the store did not honor it's contract without my constant calling complaining and not giving up on my quest to make them follow their own rules. I have been ping ponged back and forth between the store and the warranty company. I have been told that certain things were not covered by the store or the warrantycompany when it is clearly written in black in white. Each service person has their view as to what is covered or not, but no one really wants to stick their neck out and say, you are right and we will take care of the matter. They just want you to go away and keep something that you paid your money for, and you expect to last you more than one to two years. No fair to the consumer. Although Living Spaces does a lot of business, they advertise quality goods, but they do not deliver good fair consumer service. They just want you to go away and take the damaged furniture with you. If I had to grade Living Spaces, the would get an "F" in return of poorly constructed furniture.Desired Settlement: Refund for furniture item. I have been bounced around so much by the company that I just want a refund so that I can move on and get a bed that is safe to sleep in. The bed is falling apart at the seams literally.
