From day one, poor service My GPS could not locate the business address and I had to keep calling their office and never got an answer
When I did find it, course I had missed my scheduled appointment and had to reschedule it I told the rep what had happened and she stated yes it is hard to find and when they are with customers they do not answer their phones (I understand that)
Then I get a letter from the DOT months later staying I'm in violation of my license because I have not given them a copy of the certificationI had to call and leave several messages over days to get them to send a letter to the DOT
Now two months later, I still need a copy for another department and I have called, left messages, sent emails with no response Their phone does not state hours, if they are open or closed, or how long it maybe to get a call back
I will not recommend this business as my time is just as important
