Purchased 2 ThermoFit Tracker Advanced watches on 7/7/2020 paid through Paypal.com. On 7/13/2020 received 2 sets of 2 watchbands, but no watches. Reported to customer support by e-mail and after providing them with pictures of what was sent, was told watches would be sent to me. On 7/20/2020 received the 2 watches. The watches malfunctioned and tried to work with customer support to fix. On 7/22/2020 e-mailed customer support and requested according to 30-day money back guarantee I would return watches for full refund. Was provided the link to the return policy. On 7/23/2020 returned watches with enclosed letter detailing experience and requested refund. Received emails stating refund had happened, but no credit to Paypal account or bank account associated with Paypal account. On 8/2/2020 received e-mail stating refund had already occurred. Sent screen shot of paypal account records showing only transaction had been charge for watches, no refund. They have not responded to additional attempts to get resolution. I have all e-mail communications saved from this company.
