Dock was installed in We also installed a dock for this customer's neighbor in 2014.I went by the neighbor's dock and it was still in great condition.I called the neighbor and asked him about his dock and he said as far as he knew his dock was in great shape.The dock in question was hit by
mph straight line winds.Crew went down and repaired this dock and dock is in great shape now.Docks cannot withstand mph winds without a problem occurring.No dock company guarantees against this type of wind.We repaired dock at no charge.No other dock company would have repaired this dock at no charge.The same night the wind hit this dock, two (2) docks by *** *** were completely flipped upside down by same wind.A dock feet from the two docks upside down didn't have any damage.Customer is aware dock has been repaired and pictures have been sentCustomer was out of town and will look at when back in town shortly.We have fulfilled all obligations on this dock and repaired the wind damage that occurred.Customer is a great person and just wanted dock repaired

On August Livin' EZ installed our new boat dock on Lake Barkley They did so under somewhat difficult conditions (a several hour rain delay and somewhat low lake water level)We were very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of Neil and the others on the installation crew

this man greg W*** representing polylift boat lifts took my and has not delivered a thing he promised on his contract 1-weeks to complete the work almost months later im still waitingthis man refuses to awnser the phone from your number once he gets your money dozens of calls go unawnseredhow he keeps a business is beyond me scam artist thief

We had several floats split on our floating dock on the south end of KY lake, and contracted Livin EZ docks to replace them They had placed signs in the area, so we naturally assumed they wanted to do business there The owner called after looking at them, and said he recommended they all be replaced, so we agreed Within two weeks of being installed one came loose and floated away from the dockOur neighbor saw the float and pulled it up on his bank We began trying to call the company the week before the July holiday He did answer the first two times we called and said he had someone in the area and it would be fixed that week No one ever showed up, and he has not returned calls or texts since In the mean time, the lake rose right after the holiday, and the float is gone Now, after looking at the dock more closely, the other floats don't look like they are secured very well I would like for them to come fix their work, reinstall a float where the one is missing, and properly secure the others so they will not break loose

Gregg, at Livin EZ Docks, put in my private dock with a walkway, which was over stepsBecause I live out of state, I had to trust his word and workmanshipI was not disappointedAll work met or surpassed my expectations and within budgetI would not hesitate to recommend Livin EZ Docks to anyone looking to put in a dock

Livin EZ Docks installed a new dock on my lakefront property last May After a recent storm this spring Gregg Williams happened to be in my area making rounds to check on possible customer dock damage My dock had few impacts from this recent storm and Gregg and his crew prompltly came out to fix these damages at no charge This is how great Gregg is with customer service He routinely does followup calls to see if his docks need any guaranteed maintenance Thank you Gregg Williams and LIvin EZ Docks!!

Livin EZ and Gregg W*** installed a new dock for us several years ago and it was a very seamless process Subsequent to my installation Kentucky Lake reached very high water levels The first time Gregg contacted me to let me know of the issue and promptly went out an installed spud pole extensions on my dock to help me avoid any damage Recently (late 2015) the lake again reached a very high level and Gregg once again went out and checked on my dock (this time without even being requested to do so) Prior to getting a new dock several years ago I considered several different options and installers and going with Livin Ez and Gregg was certainly the right call I've recommended him to several friends/neighbors as well and everyone has been happy with his service and product

I purchased a used dock from this company and was very satisfied with the jobI then went back to them to extend the dock by 5'I was given a price and construction time table of two weeks to completeAfter months I cancelled the jobThe sales staff quit returning my text messages and my calls to try and get a schedule as to when the job would beginI finally met the construction side of the business and he was very helpful, but the principle of there unprofessional action was more than I could live withIf you cant return a call of text for whatever reason! Stay out of business

Livin EZ Docks installed my dock several years ago,
Back in 2011, when the water reached record levels, Gregg W*** personally brought me spud pole extensions and wouldn't allow me to pay for the extensions
I had Gregg install a longer walkway on my dock and this went exactly as he said it would goI referred Livin EZ Docks to my neighbor and he was satisfied with Gregg's work alsoI will definitely use Gregg whenever I have a need for dock work

Livin EZ Docks recently installed a dock and walkway for me I priced several companies and Livin EZ Docks was the most competitiveAfter we agreed on a price for my dock project, I added a few upgrades to my dock and Gregg was very fair in my opinion on the pricingI have had a great working relationship with Livin EZ Docks and have recommended them to several of my neighbors Another plus with dealing with Gregg is that the phone is answered 24/if you have a problem or questions

I sold Mr*** a used dock for $4,000.00I sold the dock “as is” , except for installing one float for him.I told Mr***, the push of miles on the lake would be rough on the dock.Mr*** thought I should guarantee the condition of the dock when it arrived.I sent a cashier check for
$2,to him yesterday for delivery this morning by noon

On both projects, my work was completed exactly as Gregg Williams and Neil Williams said it would be completedI have also referred Livin 'EZ' Docks to several of my friends who live on the lake I would not use any other company for my dock needs

Recently we had Livin EZ Docks construct and install a new dock on our lake front property We are extremely pleased with how efficient and professional both Gregg and Neil and their entire crew were with our new dock experience (I am glad I went with my gut instinct instead of listening to their competitors who bad mouthed Gregg and Neil.) I first met Gregg and Livin EZ Docks about years agoI already had a dock and my lift wasn't working properlyThe previous dock company that I had used to install my lift would not answer my phone call when I repeatedly called themI called all day Friday, and the previous dock company wouldn't answer or return my callsI called Livin EZ Docks on Saturday morning and my call was answeredGregg sent two men out to my dock the same day I called and in about hours had my lift fixedI have since used Gregg to redeck my dock with composite and the work was excellentThe reason I am writing this review is we currently have about 10+ inches of snow and I called Gregg and asked him if my dock would be okay with it sitting low in the water with the weight of the snow/ice on the roof of my dockGregg told me he would check on my dock for me and for me not to worry about it I drove by my dock yesterday and I noticed that Gregg had some of his men drag the snow off of the roof of my dock and my dock was floating perfectly I called Gregg and asked him what I owed him and he said not one dime Gregg said, "THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS." This is the type of person that I will continue to do business with and have referred to all of my friends who are equally impressed with the professionalism and service

On September 30, 2015, we cut up front walk and removed from ***’s property
This was 100% our fault for not removing front walk immediately
The ***’s were great customer and very easy to work for
The ***’s will be notified today that the front walk has been removed from their property

All work was done at the agreed upon cost with no
