Having been in business with LiveXchange for about two years now, I cannot, in good conscience give a good review about my experiences with the company I have had trouble with many facets of the operation from the administrative level down to agent support There is a distinct lack of communication, transparency and accountabilityFor instance I cannot contact any "higher-ups' to resolve issues that have been pending, nor do I receive any response to attempted communications There are not enough shifts for the agents already doing business with them, yet they continually hire more We are not given proper tools to meet our requirements nor is the support that was offered, at all apparent I do not believe LiveXchange meets their end of the contractual requirements, yet continually demands we operate our businesses without all the tools needed and consistently fails to meet deadlines
