Livenation (Superpages.com Center & House of Blues Dallas)

Was sent a wrong item then was told I could exchange it but then when an item came available I was told it was too late! I received a gift and I was sent the wrong size by the company so I emailed them to ask for the correct size they said it had been out of stock so then I was told I could wait since a refund wouldn't make any sense because it was a gift and not purchased by myself so I said alright I'll wait til that item or a new one I prefer was in stock in my size and the employee who emailed said that was totally fine never specified a time frame or anything so then something finally came available and I wrote back asking for that item and she said no it was too late but before hand she said it was fine to wait !?
