Review: Paid $77 for delivery of hermit crabs. $35 of that was for 2 day shipping. It has been 16 days now and no delivery. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service department. I have not received any response. My money was deposited in to Their account immediately. I think this company is just scamming people.Desired Settlement: $77.99 or a delivery. My son has been waiting. If this is a real company and things are just running behind, I would just like an explanation

Review: I ordered items from LiveHermitCrabs.com on November [redacted], 2015. I attempted to cancel these items on December [redacted], 2015. I have contacted the company via email 3 times, the last date being December **, 2015. I have not received contact from the company, my items, or a refund. I no longer want these items and I want a full refund. The order number I am disputing is [redacted] and is in the amount of 44.43.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as soon as possible.

Review: I have dealt with this company in the past, and it wasn't much better last time. They will take orders for crabs when it turns out they don't even have them in stock. They refuse to answer emails when you email them to ask for a status of your order. Last year I waited for 4 months from the time I ordered until I received my order. This year I ordered on July [redacted], emailed them on 7/** and was told that they would be shipped in 3 weeks. Then I read on [redacted] (in which many many MANY other people have had THE SAME problems with this company) that they didn't even have the type of crab I ordered anymore. I emailed AGAIN on 8/** asking if I would be reciving a refund on my crabs since she no longer had them and I have yet to receive a response nor a refund. This company does this EVERY year - leaving people waiting for sometimes 6 months, taking orders for crabs that she doesn't even have in stock and then doesn't respond to emails. [redacted] only allows disputes within 45 days - and when you can't get a response from her what else is a person supposed to do? Tehey REALLY, REALLY need to get shut down and not be allowed to do business anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund for my order - and overall I would like to see this place shut down completely, but I also realize that won't happen from just one complaint!

Review: I ordered a half dozen Hermit crabs through this company on August **, 2015 to be sent to my daughter as a gift. The money was taken out of my checking account on that day. As of today nothing was delivered. I tried to get in touch with this company through their web site. There is no phone number to call. They have what they call a support live chat but it never works and when you are asked to leave a message through e-mail they never respond. On my bank statement there is a phone number it is ###-###-####, it goes to NY information. Its impossible to reach these people and get a status on my order.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for or refund of the money that was withdrawn from my account.

Review: I ordered products from this company 12/*/2015. My credit card was billed 77.99 on 12/**/2015. My confirmation email for this order said to allow up to 14 days for delivery. As of 2/*/2016 I have still not received what I ordered and paid for. During this time I have sent 3 emails requesting an explanation and resolution and have received no response.Desired Settlement: To receive what I paid for or a full refund. An apology would be appropriate as well.

Review: I have repeatedly asked for a refund for weeks for an order that was never sent however they do not respond to emails and no good phone number is available, but they have no problem charging my credit card $81.97 on 7/**/2015 Immediately after placing my order! After many months of waiting I purchased my crabs someplace else but there is no way to cancel my order and no response to my many MANY emails! just bad business,

This needs to be refunded immediately! Cancel my order and refund my money!!
