I have been a customer for 3 years and this season has been by far the worst. I like to use LB to review the games with my team and very few of our games this year have made it to the server for viewing. I also used it to verify +/- and goals and assists. Many have garbled sound or glitchy feedback. Way too many have abbreviated recordings or no recordings at all. The links from MyHockey are rarely to the right feed. I have given up on "complaining" as the response is always that they are not able to recover any footage. They really need to upgrade the infrastructure or have equipment that works. Super frustrating and it is on the cusp of being a must have tool for coaches and parents unable to attend. I just wish they could get their stuff to work as advertised.

Our beer league team is the worst in the division. but that does not stop us from getting together to re-watch the games at Sullys pub. The owner has a subscription and replays our games on Tuesday nights.We get out of the house, have a few drinks and laugh at how slow and out of shape we are.

Money was taken out of my account 3-30 $24.95 I canceled service and requested a refund they will only refund $15 I have not used the service. They are not providing me with customer service dept to speak to or escalate to.
