I have tried to work with the firm to established directions of how to handle the refund in which either parties can mutually be satisfied. The directions for refund given was to credit my card back or I purchase more and adding the loss to my order with me covering half the shipping cost.

So far, they have been stalling to give me an answer for more than 3 weeks and no longer communicating back. They are a great company as I made many transactions, until an issue such as this happens in which they no longer want to maintain their great customer service.

I am bring this up so that we have a better business practice all around and to not leave communications issues out in the dark.
