I placed an order on November 19, I have emailed them times and have never received a response nor my products

I placed my order in December for one dog bedI contacted the company they said my product was delayed till late DecemberThen in January the were still working on it when I asked for a refund they sure I’m still waiting for that refund today 2-28-

I ordered a dog bed on january did not receive it keep getting told another date that item is on back order scam I guess beware!

I ordered two dog beds in October and never received them I would like a refund of my $I have tried to contact them for a refund and I keep getting my emails sent back that there’s no such address inI waited seven months now for my order

I placed and paid for an online order with flipthetrend.com in November, 2017, for a dog bed I contacted them in December, and they said it was on its way I contacted them in January, and they said they were taking time to fulfill lots of orders I contacted them this month, telling them I would report them if I did not receive my order by the end of this month I went to contact them today (again by email) and their website is down; emails are returned as undeliverable I want my money back!!! Fraud?

I placed an order with this company, the free dog bed, just pay shippingAfter not having an update as to whether it was even shipped, I received a generic email back stating it was shipping "as we speak" and that it should be here by the 3rd week of FebruaryDuring the 4th week of February, after still not receiving my item, I emailed them backThey then said I would be receiving a refund, even though I did not request oneThis seemed like a very generic email, as wellI still have not received a refund in the time promised, so I tried to email them again and all the emails get bounced back, their website does not exist anymore, and their phone number the Revdex.com has listed is a non-working number!

I too ordered free dog beds from Flip the trend website and had contact back and forth with them from November on from being told they would refund my money but nothing no refund and no moneyJust a bad business

So then the person told.me the email was wrong and there was no way I could have gotten that emailTook them about minutes then a shot of the screen comes up and everything is right, EVERYTHING, except my emailThe C want thereThe first letter was not thereThey wanted to keep going on about me being a liar so I just said okay so everything is Proven cam you give me a way to track this and find outThey say sureGave me the numbersI look, completedWait no tracking no nothingI never received it, what is going on?
This is what I thinkI thing they keep your info and if you notice you dont receive it this is how they treat youI do not think they and any product outI think they just want your money
I did receive a refund, but if I would not have noticed I would have been out the money

I ordered back on 12-17-and still have not rec'd my free dog bed there web site is down, and their email is no longer valid scammers!!!!!

Never received products ordered, wasn’t refunded, trying to dispute charge with my credit card Emailed their customer support, received email back saying they would look into it, that was over three weeks ago

I ordered some of these beds in late Octand contacted them about or times through chat on their websiteI chatted with people who told me different things each timeDamaged shipments, late shipments, etcThe last time they said I would get them by early March, but I could get a refund and still get the bedsI didn't feel right to take a refund and the beds, so I said I'd wait it outNow I see their webpage is gone
