owner of Live Wire quoted to update service and electrical entire 1400 sf home. Original quote was 5-7k which is nationally high to begin with but was agreed upon. *** recomended cutting chase through walls to make job easier thus less money. Drywaller added an additional 7k to repair walls and ceilings. Invoice for rough in was over 8k. Installation of pugs switches, lights etc... was another 8k invoice.
Crews arrived late every day unprepared having to leaving multiple times to get additional materials, took an hour plus lunch every day and left early most days. Installed the incorrect color of switches and plugs and had to return 3 times to finish that portion of work. Took over a month from first contact and several other requests to finish work to complete in a empty home with no restrictions of hours or days work could be completed.
Crew left lots of clean up scratched new wood floors.

When asked to re-evaluate cost to a more appropriate number *** was inflexible and rude. I wouldn’t use this company again in this life!
