As the owner of a small electrical company, I am out in the field all day working and done get back to the office till about pm to start working on paperwork and schedulingThe items that I installed worked great when I leftI was and still am able to go back to the job to resolve the problem they are havingThey are only available on Thursdays and I couldn't guarantee that I could make it out that day of the week, but I would try and I didIt is currently 8/15/at 10:pm and I am now starting on paperwork and figuring who I need to call tomorrowI do not sit behind a desk and answere phones all day and am not able to answere the phone every time it rings when I am out on the jobI had talked will the husband earlier today and scheduled to have someone out at their home this coming Thursday at 1:pmI have owned Live Wire Electric for years and have never had a complaint, let along a complaint to Revdex.com This is is not a complaint about our work, this is a complaint where the owner is frustrated that they couldn't get in touch with me right awayI had already made the appointment today with the husband and later this evening is when this email came through I am not pleased that this home owner thought it would be the correct action to file a complaint to the Revdex.com for such a miner miscommunication of scheduling to get us back to their house Thank you, Brian M [redacted] Live Wire Electric

The items that I installed worked great when I left. I was and still am able to go back to the job to resolve the problem...

It is currently 8/15/2016 at 10:42 pm and I am now starting on paperwork and figuring who I need to call tomorrow. I do not sit behind a desk and answere phones all day and am not able to answere the phone every time it rings when I am out on the job. I have owned Live Wire Electric for 11 years and have never had a complaint, let along a complaint to Revdex.com.
