I looked at an apt at *** *** on 4/I was called on Monday and asked to come back to look againI was hesitant about the pricing, but the owner worked with me and we agreed upon an amountI filled out an application on 4/26/I was told to the application would be ran and I would get a call informing me whether I was approved or notI was called on 4/and informed I had been approved for the apartment and that I needed to pay the security deposit of $850($less than rent)I paid the deposit on 4/27/On today(5/3/16), I called to tell Brenda, the manager, that I could not take the apartment due to my father's health and being on home hospiceI was told that I would not get my deposit or any portion back, due to a hour lapseI was not informed of this and I was told that "maybe you just didn't hear me say it" from BrendaI asked if there was someone else I could speak to in regards to this, and I was told she couldn't give me any one else info or she would be f
