We did have a walk thru. They kept saying they fixed things, but they were not fixed. They were rigged to appear they were fixed and I now have to take care of and I have to charge them for these expenses. I was only going to charge them for the windows to be repaired, not replaced
and left me many bags of trash. They did not pay their rent and I had to charge them for this.They were told of things they should not do, but did anyway. There was nothing wrong with this property. They kept saying nothing was good enough. They said they would not renew their lease unless we offered a lease with option.They always called us names when we spoke to themI sent their check to the address on file as they did not give me a forwarding address. I am not sure if they picked up the statement or not.
