Review: I ordered 3" letters for a business sign, and the letters that arrived are any where from 1" to 2 3/4", but none of them are 3". I contacted her and her response was, "well you approved the proof". I explained to her that I was only approving the lettering and did not understand that the letters would not be 3", as I originally ordered. She insists they are 3", but I have the final result here and none of them are 3" tall!! I needed that specific size because it is a requirement of the State of Ohio for a concession stand that I am trying to open to have 3" lettering for the name, city and phone number. I requested a reprint or a refund and she refused that as well.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $67.90, which is what I spent.

Review: some time around the first week of feburary probably the 7th thru the 9th I went online to [redacted] and put a order online for some white vinly numbers.okay I never got them. later I called and talked to [redacted] and she said they might be delayed because of the weather.so I waited .still no package.I emailed her she said they was at my post office.I called my post office.they had no such package.I told [redacted] I wanted a refund she said we don't give refunds.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund .the money refunded back to the credit card
