BEWARE!I echo everything already stated. I found a $19.95 charge on my account and promptly called to find out who I was paying. Since I'd never even heard of Live Body Coach, I knew I'd never signed up for their service. After 30 minutes of arguing, the agent agreed to cancel my account and refund my money. Do I trust them. No. I called my bank to block any further charge attempts from this company. They are a scam. They are rude. They can only read from a script. I, too, was told "all supervisors are busy speaking with customers". Must be a lot of unhappy people if all the supervisors are already talking to them. DO NOT order accept any charges from them. Argue your case and let them know you know they have an F rating from the Revdex.com and you'll be reporting them. That seemed to be the magic phrase as they then agreed to fully refund my money.

Apparently, as many on this review thread, I was auto-enrolled to this program through supplements I ordered...and funds were being withdrawn from my account monthly for this....these people are criminals and they are probably making millions off of those who are unaware they are even paying for the "service". I, unlike the others, was never even contacted by a personal trainer so I just had the money being deducted with no service being provided at all. Spent all of one morning trying to rectify the issue with their customer service team but experienced MAJOR communication issues with their out-of-country outsourced customer service team....communication cleared up significantly when I had my bank call them on a 3 party conference call and I was finally refunded my money. Then after reading reviews and discovering an issue with "partial cancellations" I called my bank back and had the company blocked altogether to avoid any future charges. I recommend that anyone who gets sucked into this scam do the same and block them or you may be swindled out of more money from these CROOKS.

This customer was only charged $19.95. We than refunded the customer right away. We have nothing to do with the over draft charges, but to insure the customers satisfaction we have issued a money order for the over draft amount and sent it to:[redacted]

Along from the terms and conditions the membership billing is clearly stated on all pages.  Please make sure to take more time to read what you are signing up for and you will not have these type of experiences. Since it sounds like you are already very upset, I have handled the refund personally myself to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you.

This company billed me after I canceled the product. They continued to automatically take monies out of my bank account. I have also reported them to my bank and am currently trying to reverse what they did.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

This customer also slipped through the cracks, our e-mail server has been messed up. This customer was refunded and we left them a voicemail to inform them they are all handled/refunded in full.

[redacted] - spoke with our personal trainer [redacted], she charged back and lost, it was proven that she is indeed trying to charge back a fully rendered service. Refund is denied as well because she never completed the program and didn't follow the guide lines in our terms.

Beware of this outfit... they are a real scam. I ordered some diet aids and was quickly contacted by Live Body Coach. They presented a hard sell approach and after feeling quite worn down, I emphatically said I was not interested in their service. There was no further contact and they provided me with absolutely no services or information about weight loss or health. You can guess, some weeks later there was a charge on credit card. I called their office and was treated rudely ... no refund was provided.
Be careful ... they will cheat you!
