They have failed to pickup our garbage bin for 2 weeks in a row, both times they drive by, look, and drive on.
As stated above, but these two misses have not been the first. This happened last year for four weeks in a row. Both, and all, times we have called to complain but are only able to leave a message on phone. They have never called back. I have emailed them and contacted them on Facebook. One of the times on Facebook without even knowing who I was, replied "Pay your bill on time".
We live at the last house of a dead end road, so they have to pass us twice after sitting at the end of the road taking a "break" of some sort, can't be lunch, as they come by around 4:00 PM.
