Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business owner...
has failed to address the conversation mentioned in the original complaint. Our daughter leaving the daycare was a decision made by the daycare and us and was unique. We were called to come and pick up our daughter early in the day because of what we believe to be a fabricated situation. It was the first time we had been asked to pick her up and occured right after the business owner read a facebook reply from my wife that upset her.The two weeks notice would apply if we decided to leave on our own, however, the business did not give us this option as it became clear it was not a healthy environment. When we said we would be terminating our services, the business owner said that was for the best . In addition, she indicated two different times during the conversation that she would be paying the deposit back the following Monday. If she would like to deny that she verbally had this conversation and told us this, she is welcome to. It should also be mentioned that the Business owner sent a letter to our home outside of the Revdex.com. It contained similar information, as well as mentioning the "no contact" order, but has still not addressed the fact that we were verbally told we would receive our deposit. This verbal agreement is considered a contract between two parties and needs to be honored. Had she wanted to withhold our deposit she would have needed to discuss this at the time of our last conversation, instead she intentionally cut off any means of payment and called the police, even though no crime whatsoever was committed. If the business owner can not address this verbal agreement, no resolution will be accepted. Regards,[redacted]
