We would like to thanks [redacted] for staying at our hotelWe would like to inform you that we do not give any missleading information nor advertise overnight accomodations to any of guests since the hotel remains busyGuest was specificaly informed about "hours" stay at the time of check in and she did signed registration card which has arrival and depature time on itThis hotel is also part of city program for Homelss families for which hotel is getting paid each week from the city and they do have their seprate office in the buildingI hope this information satisfies our customer and would like to thanks for doing business with us

[It is a fact that with my own eyes I saw much contradictory paperwork as to the hours and price of the motel There was a difference in price for holidays and weekendsThere is a questionable ATM machine at the entrance which your account may be frozen based on my own experience
