We
have received the information on a customer complaint regarding customer
service issues. In regards to this
issue, our driver attempted to help the customer but felt that he was unable to
continue with his efforts due to the language barrier as the driver had a hard
time understanding
the customer and felt the customer could not understand him
as wellOur drivers do not typically give rides to customers wanting to be
taken to a different location with the exception of it being on their route to
where to vehicle is being dropped off, drivers
have the phone numbers to cab companies for this situation; however, the
customer could not give our driver the necessary information for the cab
company so was unable to assist. As far
as the charges, our fees are sent in through the Virginia State Police
Department. The cost correlates with the
amount of work with more than one truck/driver on the scene due to location and
condition of the vehicleWhen the customer pays they are given a pink receipt
for their records
