The contract with Little Rabbits Hole is with her ex husband. She is not on the contract. She is an authorized person for emergency and pickup. I cannot provide her with a copy of a contract that does not belong to her. As I told her on 5/10/2017, if she would like a copy of
the contract, she needed to ask her ex husband for a copy. I have heard nothing further regarding this from herI discussed this with her ex husband at the time, and he acknowledges that no deposit was paid and there is no dispute between the two groups in the contractIn fact, Little Rabbits Hole does not and has never charged a tuition deposit as requested. There is a non refundable registration fee of $85, but no deposit is charged. In fact, I do not know of a childcare center in Minnesota that charges a week deposit.
