We had a slight delay in shipping this itemThe manufacturer sold the business and they were in the process of turning it over to another company
The item was delivered on March 9th

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I'm sorry your son was in the hospital, but you cannot be the only one that works for this business?? A simple reply or update that the item had shipped would have been sufficientI did receive the product on the 29th, and it's lovely Exactly what I asked for However, it doesn't change the fact that it took days from the day of ordering before it shipped, well past the 3-day time frame, and there was absolutely no response whatsoever from customer service reassuring me that the order had not been lost or forgotten about.
