Review: I placed an order for delivery and was brought food that was burnedso much it was almost black, definitely in a condition not edible.I called to report this and was told they would send a replacementdelivery. When the replacement came, it was in the same charred andtotally non-edible condition. When I called asking for at least a refundto my credit card, the owner was hostile and hung up, telling me neverto call again and refused a refund in any way.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my credit card, but if this is not possible,then at least I want to report this very dishonorable business so that others can avoid being similarly ripped off.
