have attended Little Lambs for 9 months and there was never any communication made to me by the owner of any concerns she had. 11 hours before *** were due back at daycare, the owner called and said my daycare was terminated effective immediately. Essentially I was given 11 hours notice. Her contract states I am required to give her a minimum 14 days notice if the roles weee reversed. When challenging the owner on this, she ceased all communication.
The business has resolved the complaint and concerns made in that complaint. She’s giving me what is my costs for two weeks, which is really all I wanted. And I would like to withdraw as although I’m unhappy about the decision, she has resolved the issue between us and we both do not need further hardships. I think we both just want to move on.
It was an emotional time... All very sudden and dramatic in my ***) lives but she did reach out and we came to an agreement. I just don’t want to make things worse. Given it was an emotional complaint (was guided by the ministry to pursue this route) & also given there’s resolution, may we please withdraw? We all don’t need it plus you don’t need to waste your time.
