Review: After contacting this company about their service and a concern I had about it, the owner was unwilling to resolve it with me to our satisfaction. His company put scratches in our floor while cleaning and refused to take any responsibility or remedy the problem. He did not call me back despite repeated calls about it. He accused me of being dishonest. I pointed out that a Mom's group that I was a part of had seen many comments posted about his business regarding not getting calls back from his company. The next thing I know he had hacked into or somehow accessed that closed facebook group, and screen shot the dialouge about his company. I had posted there about my experience. He then threatened me with his attorney. I find this kind of customer service and violation of privacy absolutely appalling. He should be brought to full accountability for violation of privacy (not to mention remedying the damage to our floors; however, for that, I have issued a separate complaint and request for resolution). It is important to me that others know how this company operates in these terms.Desired Settlement: Explain how you accessed that closed group and that dialouge. Retract the attorney threat for posting about our experience. And finally, address the issues in the other complaint and fix the damage to our floors such that they are returned to the original condition before you cleaned them and scratched them.
