Little Germany stresses the importance of customer service on their webpage, however this is a farce. I took my VW Beetle in on Monday the 16th of February to have some work done on it. There was a coolant leak, temperature gauge was off, and some elements around the heating core needed to be replaced. A man named [redacted] told us that he was NOT confident in his ability to work on my car without further damaging the heating core which he said would cost ME another $2000. I explained very simply if you break it, you buy it, and it should not be the customer's responsibility to pay for something that they, as a company, had broken. [redacted] told me word for word "I don't want to be responsible for the part if I break it." This is why I am having to pick up my car without a single problem having been fixed and take it elsewhere to have it serviced. Little Germany needs to learn to take responsibility for their action. I am shocked at how unprofessional they were through this entire situation. I hope this saves others the trouble and hassle that I had to go through. EDIT: Apparently when Little Germany did their diagnostic they completely forgot to mention at least three more things that needed repair on my car. THANK GOODNESS I TOOK MY CAR ELSEWHERE
