Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This whole situation is very simple:1-I provided the cleaners with several items that needed one stain to be removed2-Clothes didn't return clean (white silk dress yellow, brown burn stains on wool dresses etc.)3-I requested the clothes to be re-cleaned4-The clothing returned from the [redacted] try with more burn stains on white silk, wool and cotton dresses Additionally, there were holes and stains on a barely worn dress (attached are pictures)5-I paid for the items and filed a complaint afterwards because the counter person at the cleaners refused to give me my clothes, didn't provide a resolution, and to top it off didn't apologize for destroying my property!!! when *** *** dropped off her clothes, it had multiple stainsWe informed customer that the stain may not come outCustomer wanted to try dry cleaning them anywayWe dry cleaned the clothes several times in attempt to get the stains outWhen customer came to pick up her clothes, she insisted that the stain were never there, and the clothes were dirtier then when she brought them in to dry cleanThis makes no sense, the fact that the stain were never there and that after dry cleaning several times, the clothes are dirtierShe said she is taking her clothes but not payingSeveral days later, she returned , paid and took all her clothes

dry cleaners is unprofessional and unethical! I picked up my clothing and complained in person about the damaged clothes (holes in a dress, discolored silk dress-white to yellow etc.) and the rep that attended me was rude and refused to take responsibility. Additionally, while I was in the establishment I took pictures of the damaged clothes (pictures attached) and immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
