Little Falls Family Dental, PA

Today 11/11/2019 I went into this dental office for my specialist visit. I had an appt at 9 am and called weeks prior and changed it to 2:30 pm. This is my second appt and time at this facility and I didn’t get seen. The front desk staff is very disrespectful and have attitudes both times I was present for my appt. when I went in on11/11 she told me I didn’t confirm my appt by a certain time I was cancelled did u ever hear if anything so rediculous. And mind u I didn’t get a phone call or even s text. So honestly I don’t know what she is talking about. U tell the receptionist that and she looks at u. There is no professionalism here at all and their ratings in all reviews and ratings is a 1.5 out of 5. That’s pretty sad and I wonder why is the worst rating I ever saw.

Review: My wife and I took our daughter to "Little Falls Family Dental" to get her braces. We set everything up gave them a deposit. After the first visit one of the wires from her braces came off and was cutting into her mouth. I contacted the office and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. After numerous phone calls they said they can get her in ONE MONTH later. Now they called us about her next appointment and said that they need to reschedule her for a month later. That would make TWO MONTHS without an adjustment. This is TOTALLY unacceptable for the amount of money we are paying and the braces need to be adjusted on regular intervals or the end results will not be desirable. I am paying a lot of money for this and they are not giving me the proper service.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund do to the lack of service and I will take my business somewhere else where they actually care for their patients.
