Review: I had purchased dog rain shoes as a gift for my friend's dog. I kept the receipt and everything was still in the package. When the person I had purchased the gift for, went back to exchange for a larger size, he took the rain shoes and said he was low on stock and said I would have to come in and told my friend that I had paid with a credit card (which I did not, I paid with cash as printed on the receipt) so I would have to come in for the transaction. The [redacted] hand wrote a note on the receipt explaining the refund, wrote his name and phone number. My friend informed me of the situation. I went back to the store with my friend today, the [redacted] who had promised this and hand wrote a note on the receipt refused to exchange, store credit, or give back the money. No where in print does it list anything about return policies in this store. After I had told him he technically stole the rain shoes and that was illegal, he told me that I wasn't allowed in his store ever again. I called the police to get my money back and they asked to speak with the [redacted] over the phone and he refused. The police suggested small claims court or Revdex.com. $18.99 plus tax is what I was owed and never received. The [redacted] took the receipt from me to hide the evidence.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. As for him telling me I can never go back to his store again, I don't think that is fair. There were 2 bones purchased the day I bought the rain shoes if this helps in finding a copy of a receipt from the business. I would also like someone to talk to the [redacted] to explain how he cannot steal products back from the customers. This should never happen to anyone ever again.
