Little China Restaurant

Upon my first visit with this restaurant, I ordered wings and rice for a group that I am not actually a part ofI ordered house special rice and wings Most of the wings were too hard and dry I contacted the owner after having received complaints from the group (out of 9)) for which I bought the foodHe made no apologies but rather explained that he did nothing wrong He said I would have to bring the wings back which I could not do because I did not attend nor was I to attend the affairAnd the affair was over Furthermore, he is about 3-miles away and he had made up his mind he was not going to do anything anywayI know that would not have been a pleasant situation.I asked that owner could he replace half of the wings; he said noHe went to say that people complain because they want free food He should have made some kind of offer to settle this issue He felt he needed to do absolutely nothing; not even an apology was givenA member of the group called to compl
