Little Cesars pizza

On 2/21/20 at about 11:15 a.m. I placed an online order with Little Cesars Pizza located on 88th and Wadsworth in Arvada. I was two bites into a slice when I bit down on something hard. I looked and noticed it was a foreign object. It was actually some sort of sharp plastic. Thank goodness I was not injured. I have tried on several occasions to contact the store. They never answer the phone. I've left a message but have not received a phone call back. I've contacted the corporate office twice and both times was transferred to another department. That department assured me I would get a refund. I have not received any confirmation that the refund has been processed nor has my credit card be credited.
