Review: I purchased a Little Castle swivel recliner in January. By august, the chair was showing serious signs of wear and the chair back no longer returned to the upright position. It stays in the reclined position permanently. On August 26 I called customer service. On the phone I was told to email my complaint, which I did on August 26. There was no response from the company. On September 11 I contacted the company again via email. This time a customer service representative responded to me on September 18 letting me know that I would be sent a replacement chair in three weeks. Since then I have not received a replacement chair or had any communication from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement chair, or a refund.
