didn't maintain it's shape. We have certain standards to meet in cur stores and one of them is that Crazy Bread gets cooked to a light brown. In this instance, the bread was cooked properly, it was just held in the warmer for too long and became soft. Regardless of the color/quality of the bread we should've replaced the bread for the customer. The issue has been covered with all employees in my organization and we hope to handle it better next time,We will be refunding his original purchase price of $3.17 (which includes tax) and replacing his Crazy Bread plus another two free Crazy Breads.Sincerely,Ryan W
