9/27/17To whom it may concern,This letter is in response to complaint [redacted] , filed against Little Caesars in Carlisle, PAThe Interaction with the customer was mishandled by my companyThe complaint was about how his Crazy Bread was cookedIn his opinion the bread was undercooked because it didn't maintain it's shapeWe have certain standards to meet in cur stores and one of them is that Crazy Bread gets cooked to a light brownIn this instance, the bread was cooked properly, it was just held in the warmer for too long and became softRegardless of the color/quality of the bread we should've replaced the bread for the customerThe issue has been covered with all employees in my organization and we hope to handle it better next time,We will be refunding his original purchase price of $(which includes tax) and replacing his Crazy Bread plus another two free Crazy Breads.Sincerely,Ryan W
