Little Caesars Pizza

Review: The company advertising slogan is that the pizza is "Hot and Ready." It is NEVER ready for immediate purchase. They make everyone wait will they bake the pizza. So although it is hot it is NOT ready. I have been there at different times of the day as have my children and we have all had to wait at least 10 minutes.Desired Settlement: They need to have the pizza ready when a customer enters the establishment, or change the advertising slogan. Hot, but you have to wait.

Business states that they apologize for the customer inconvenience. Business states that they try to maintain at least 2 hot and ready pizzas for customer pick up at all times. Unfortunately pizzas need to be swapped out periodically due to the freshness factor involved. Consumer may have came at the wrong time when the hot and ready Pizzas on hand had already been sold. Consumer is welcome to call before arriving to order the pizzas desired and business will make sure they are ready for him to pick up.

I am rejecting this response because: I have made many visits to the store at different times, as has many other people I have spoke with. We all have the same complaint. FALSE ADVERTISING.. It doesn't seem to matter what time you arrive the pizza isn't ready as advertised.

Review: I purchased one of their 8.00 pizzas and it was very doughy and the cheese was burnt on the corners it tasted like it was in the warmer for a long time and it was just bad I called and no one returned my call I sent a letter 10 days ago no response so what am I to doDesired Settlement: I would like my money returned or at least a couple of free pizzas this store is new and already I know of at least 3 people who were not happy with them
