Little Caesar of San Antonio

I have called corporate office customer service 3 times. Left 3 emails with *** contacted local store 6 times and spoke to ***.
I have been waiting sincee february 7 2019 to receive a refund of $12.98 to my credit card for bad pizzas made. Was returned to store and cashier *** instead of doing refund did a void. Therefore resulting in no credit back to my credit card. Sent corporate office 1 week ago copy of receipt and noone is returning calls or emails on this issue.
