We added the complainant to our retailer email lists because of a human error (uploaded the wrong list), and subsequently sent an explanation and apology email on December 15th - here is the URL of that email: http://mailchi.mp/[redacted].  We have also removed the...

complainant, as requested, from all said email lists and have also offered the same removal option to all people affected by this error (see the apology email link above).  Once again, our apologies for this error - this was not the retailers fault - and we will do our utmost to make sure it does not happen again.  Thank you. Little Boxes & Built Oregon
