I am rejecting this response because:They only refund me $9,855 out of my $10,855. I had both receipt of how much I paid and how much they refund me. I don't think they should charge  me $1,000 because I never had the car no even the title or the plate. So where that $1000 that they charged me came from. I am claiming my whole refund. Now they are reselling the car for $12,495 so they making up what they supposted spend fixed it.Thank You So much for all your help
