Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response has nothing to do with the issue that Little Appliance was called about This is a response to someone else's repair work which shows that they are unable to repair refrigerators or freezers The actions in the response never happened at my home The issue with my refrigerator/freezer were about slow water from the dispenser, not freezing ice cubes, a wiggly freezer door from the tech taking apart a month old refrigerator and not putting it back together properly or damaging it during the repair The water flow from the dispenser is now trickling after his last call He did nothing except jiggle things when he was here last and accusing us of hiring irreparable repair people He is the only person that has ever worked on our refrigerator, so any damages are on Little Appliance They should pay for a qualified repair person to fix the issues that they caused or replace our refrigerator due to the damages done by their technician Regards, [redacted]

The response has nothing to do with the issue that Little Appliance was called about. This is a response to someone elses repair work which shows that they are unable to repair refrigerators or freezers. The actions in the response never happened at my home. The issue with my refrigerator/freezer were about slow water from the dispenser, not freezing ice cubes, a wiggly freezer door from the tech taking apart a 2 month old refrigerator and not putting it back together properly or damaging it during the repair. The water flow from the dispenser is now trickling after his last call. He did nothing except jiggle things when he was here last and accusing us of hiring irreparable repair people. He is the only person that has ever worked on our refrigerator, so any damages are on Little Appliance. They should pay for a qualified repair person to fix the issues that they caused or replace our refrigerator due to the damages done by their technician.
