Customer statement that the signs are showing signs of wear are not a true statement of factSigns are in new / as new shape.Problem was with (3) PVC post cap supplied by outside vendor.Vendor was made aware of the issue after emailAwaiting info/follow up from vendor.Vendor supplying replacement caps, awaiting delivery, back order.Old caps have been removed already.The items are covered under warranty and at no time was it suggested otherwise to customer.Customer never called to state issued, only one (1) email was received promptly answered by LSC.LSC feels this complaint to be without merit and has already been addressed with customer
