Mr*** did receive the rebates he got a total of in rebates which was more then the first vehicle he was looking at every unit stands on it own when it comes to the approval from the bank when he switched units it did affect the rate Mr.*** got everything that was promised to him and
we did go over the rate change upfront before any paper work was signed thank you
